Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov visited the QazExpoCentre-Pipe plant.

On November 6, 2025, our team experienced a truly significant day — Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov paid an official visit to the QazExpoCentre-Pipe plant.

The delegation also included the Akim of the West Kazakhstan Region, Nariman Turegaliev, and his deputy, Tlepbergen Kayupov. The guests were welcomed by General Director Lazzat Kopzhasarovna Yesekeyeva, who spoke about the company’s activities and future development plans.

During the visit, the Prime Minister familiarized himself with our production process — from the preparation of billets to the release of finished casing and tubing products. Particular interest was shown in our technological solutions: the implementation of a QR product marking system, preparations for the use of RFID technologies, and work on integration into global tracking systems. These solutions are aimed at increasing transparency, accounting accuracy, and supply quality.

During the presentation, the plant’s general director introduced a project for the construction of a new automated coupling manufacturing line, which will significantly increase production capacity and strengthen the position of the domestic manufacturer in the oil and gas equipment market.

Today, QazExpoCentre-Pipe’s capacity reaches up to 41,000 tons of pipes per year, and our products are supplied to the country’s major oil and gas companies — Mangistaumunaigas, Karazhanbasmunai, ZhaiykMunai, Turgai Petroleum — and are also recommended for cooperation with Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the implementation of investment projects and the development of modern production facilities should contribute to strengthening the economy, creating new jobs, and improving citizens’ well-being.

For us, this visit became a high recognition of the work of the QazExpoCentre-Pipe team and confirmed that our focus on innovation, quality, and technological development aligns with the strategic objectives of the state.
